Concrete stud hangers are ideal anchor fixings for securing threaded rods and brackets to suspend HVAC conduits and ducting, sprinklers and cable trays, pipe-work or other indoor plumbing and electrical service installations.
Designed for fast secure fitting, a concrete screw stud hanger can be rapidly driven into drill holes in overhead concrete slabs or beams with a comfortably low installation torque, using an impact wrench or ordinary hammer drill. The thread automatically cuts a secure locking trajectory into the concrete.
On the hanger end, the dual tapping means it can be used for both M8 and M10 studding making it very versatile.
Load capacity necessarily depends on the concrete base material but is normally well in excess of 200 lbs per hanger.
Although securely anchored, the concrete screws can be removed again later if required, making these concrete hangers ideal for both permanent and temporary fixings. (Note, however, that drill holes and hangers should not be re-used multiple times).
